And Sarasota is a paradise to Ocala and Orlando.

Many make a living of going from one AC to another. The other 4-6 months are mostly fantastic though.

Central Florida is very far from the Ocean. There is no relief there. It is worse there almost every day for 5-6 months vs. any day here. 98/80 is commonplace.

It is fairly common for homes in Florida to be out of power for 2-4 weeks after a Hurricane. Temps are 95-98 and HI is 115-125.

That may propel this into the summer version of Jan 2000 all over again.

High today of 77. Down to 75 already. Sweet, sweet below average high summer days. Double digit below.

DFW record setting 100+ year. Basically 2 whole months. And somehow that great city of NBA Champion Contenders still gets snow. Lot's of Klay down in those parts.

All this while MDT is rockin' 82 at nearly 4PM in mid-July (with no rain.)

I cannot imagine a July 1999 for Canderson. 18 days of 95 +. 6 days of 100 or higher. LOL. Peculiar that 2 of the busiest periods for 95+ in the Harrisburg area where during prominent wars (whether one considers Vietnam a war or not.)

Your post also spurred me to check that stat. This is MDT not ITT and is 95+ not above 95. These stats really back the people who say humidity is the real issue right now. Just one days in the 2000's that made top 10.

For those that got decent rain yesterday, a day like today is better for the grass than a 95-degree day ending with 1/4" of rain.

3K, Rgem, and Fv3 though the sun could still break out. A few more hours of possible rise yet. 77 here and unless the sun does break out, we are staying under 80 over this way.

EC slaps you hard as well. Not so much for me. Potential still there for 3 straight days below 90 at MDT.

Chessie again with the almost perfectly formatted winner zone. This does not appear to be going tropical but has a few characteristics. Some of these people drawing up the model graphics use their crayons even more efficiently than the drought folks.

Nooners...74 cloudy and breezy. Windows open/No AC unless the sun eventually comes out.

If not for you not wanting your lawn to grow, you have the potential to keep it happy fairly quickly vs. my wimpy hose.

That chart is a little off center on some of the date marks but looks like only 6 summers since 2000 have not had at least a D1 drought in PA. Meos's do have some scattered rain through all of the LSV tomorrow. The thing for Lanco, do they have 2 days of on and off rain?

Yea, MDT has been between 74 and 77 since 2AM. Not much movement.
