6 out of 20 is better than 0 out of 20. NExt week is an eternity away......there was probably a reason while all models showed something big 10 days out at one point

what happened to the rock solid consistent euro...or do we not count the off runs(unless they give us more snow like as we got closer to Jan 11-12 lol). Anyway...i think we need to wait till 00z before we saw the euro blew it

no offense to anyone but the long range prognostication this year has been pretty awful. I dont think anyone has a clue of how we got here....and where we are going. I remember in early January---we looked at a pattern change for Jan 15.....and then we got what we thought might be the appetizer(jan 11-12)....as we grew closer---the models started throwing out 4,5,6 threats in a 384 run(remember those)....and then it all went away. And then there was eternal wait for the long awaited February and the EPS is throwing a blowtorch in our face. Even the superstars like Isotherm,Don Sutherland..JB have been way off even though they sound like things are on track. No matter what happens...this winter is a bust and anyone who tells you things are on track or this is how i thought things would go down is just lying.

very disheartning what happened to our d6/7 coastal although the GFS improved a tad

looks like we waste a tremendous amount of qpf on rain per GFs

i actually mentioned how bad the icon had look for this storm and then PSU chimed in with thoughts on the pattern and then i responded. So blame him:)

Winter is over. By the time we recover from this disaster...its like feb 15 to 20...yikes....guess hope now is one good storm before March.
