The fv3 is much slower so by the time it gets here the high is already of the coast. But yes...euro has improved big time last 2 runs. Some pretty severe EPO in long range too

i think showmenosnow is going to like the EPS better. Seems like the EPO is more north and poleward....the SE ridge is a bit flatter. Maybe its just noise

do you know the lag between MJO phases and effects. If MJO goes into phase 8, do we immediately get into phase 8 effects? I assume so right?

LOL euro is cold from 108-240 during prime of snow season and we are worried about D11-15(which i am sure will look alot better than it does now)

lol..ill take my phase 8 chances. Maybe MJO phase 8 also promotes a 50/50 low. Isotherm said Phase 7 in El Nino years in February were good....too much information and nobody knows nothing. Just enjoy your snow next week
