  1. Mostly snow now (don't expect it last). Coating on portions of the (back) roads. 32F
  2. There will be some road issues up your way especially if it comes in early for the morning rush...
  3. I remember seeing a report within the last week or two they were short snow plow drivers? When I lived in Royersford they would brine/salt the hell outta 422.
  4. At freezing. I picture some pings tomorrow morning then Fz rain/rain by 10-11am or so. Any flakes mixed in would be a bonus...
  5. Yeah, I live about 2 miles away. Looking out now from my recliner and see those clouds to the W. A line of darker ones just entering my view to the far W. 35F/Clouds
  6. Yeah, they were out. I was right behind the truck. Stayed far back, didn't want it splashing up on my car. (if possible) Watching the news, laying brine closer to Philly as well which I think is a complete waste even though they are in the WWA area. (for whatever reason) 35F/Clouds
  7. It's the trendy cool thing to do and you MUST get every new version or you will be kicked out of the Apple club. Banned for life. A sinner...
  8. A couple snow showers, moderate flurries or a squall to cover the ground along w/the cold is all we need. Just having a no blow torch Christmas is a victory in itself... 38F/Cloudy Accuweather:
  9. Brine guys are out and about, really don't think it's necessary. But hey, may give these guys some OT...good for them. 38F/sunny
  10. He's not honking at all and has any snow more N than I thought. We're just innocent bystanders taking notes... 29F/clear
  11. I expect a couple pings maybe mixed in w/a flake or two then cold rain but I was never excited about this event. 12/20 and going forward seems like legitimate chances. Temps are slowly trending downward... Bright sunshine/clear skies/34F at 11:35am...that's decent cold for this time of year.
  12. Being in Reading, I would think you get at least a little something frozen... 37F/Cloudy
  13. Push it a day forward. Xmas eve, Birds/Boys at 4:15 and snowing out....damn, that would be nice.
  14. Many have Det to win outright so +6.5 is nice. They've been playing well. TB is kinda wishy-washy so I don't know what to think. Never made a bet against the Birds. I either take them or nothing. Not even a O/U. Or tease. Or parlay.
  15. My 7 point tease lock: Texans +24.5 Chiefs: -1.5
  16. Like seeing the temps trending down which is positive, I'll take anything. I think we can just about wipe a holiday blow torch off the board. Get cold air in here and we have a shot...
  17. Accu weather super-mega-pinpoint accurate long range...
  18. Throughout the years decades I've put my body through stress/sleep deprived hell over white things falling from the sky...a line of midnight thunder storms as well. If I tell my doctor this is why I have trouble sleeping he'll look at me like I have 3 eyes and write me a prescription for Xanax. I don't dare mention imaginary snowflakes falling...
  19. Probably better for your health. No staying up late for model runs. No stressing out on the rain/snow line. (33F/rain) No shoveling. (Heart/Back) No depression when the storm decides to go out to sea. No mental/hallucination issues (seeing flakes falling through the window when they're not) No wasted time tracking a storm 10 days out and end up with zilch. No high heating bills. No salt/brine to eat brake lines/undercarriage of car. No jackknifing truck. And finally you don't have to deal with relentless weenies... All that aside, it's worth it once it starts falling. 40F/sunny
  20. Shore cams were showing partly/mostly skies earlier. I'm happy w/my early fog/low clouds/overcast and 50F temps. Don't want any parts of sunshine. Overcast days you can put your hard labored outdoor lights on and people can see them and don't have to wait till nightfall...
