If Dec-Feb could be +5 with no temps under 15, basically 2020 all over again, I’d have very little to complain about. Couple that with a Mar/Apr resembling 2012 while retaining our current summers and I’d be in a permanent state of euphoria.
If the NWS finds Newark’s readings to be in error at least it’ll be fixed, not sure if they adjust any records but Central Park is a known issue with no solution in sight.
As dry as it’s been I don’t think Newark’s readings are divorced from reality, but what do I know.
ISP’s 13” in 3 hours in 2014 really continues to stand out for me with all of these extreme rainfall events.
