Hello from sagadahoc. 4:00pm update from CMP: As we continue to work today, we are encountering severe damage in several coastal counties including Cumberland, York, Lincoln, Waldo, Knox, and Sagadahoc. For customers living in those areas, restoration efforts will likely extend into late Tuesday or possibly even Wednesday.
  4. Will you settle for picture of my dark house? we’ll see if I can get any. Meanwhile looks wintry. The windows picture is them all ice covered.
  5. Just got to Pit2. Cold and in the dark. Kevin would like all the damage. Per CMP: As of Sunday morning, crews began assessing and clearing damage so they can commence widespread power restoration efforts. We anticipate a multi-day restoration effort in areas hardest hit by the storm, and we provide customers with more information throughout the day.
  6. The Wunderground map is showing the mix-line is 2 miles south of Pit2 at the moment. Not bad for 4:00.
  7. P/C at PIT2 is calling for snow to rain this afternoon. Temp there is currently 28*, so they have a ways to go.
  8. Might be heading to Pit2 tonight.......cusp of something decent there per that clown. WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 9 inches, sleet accumulations around 1 inch, and ice accumulations around two tenths of an inch. The greatest snow accumulations will be away from the immediate coast. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph Saturday night.

  10. 10 days out, I'd call for sunny and 60's as a safer bet.
  11. Big time flooding in Bath. Wind slackened the ebb tide so high came pouring in.
