By hour 96, CAD starts doing its thing

GFS nice and toasty thru hour 90, all rain outside mountains

Let's hope the NAM is handling the CAD correctly. 1036mb down into NC, great dewpoints!

I have a feeling I'm going to be holding the front lines just barely North of 85, watching that mix line inch ever closer.

I would ride the V3, it's been solid IMO, and even the 18z "old" GFS had some wonky stuff, too
