The HRRR actually weakens the line relatively quickly into CT though maybe some weak supercells with the broken line? Just have to see how much instability we can penetrate in -

that line in the mid-Atlantic has a good amount of lightning with it. Models push some very impressive CAPE up this way just ahead of the line. Have to watch extremely closely how this line produces down in the mid-Atlantic. If they're getting nailed with damage we can expect that here.

That's going to be the issue...it remain rather gusty through tomorrow so that will hurt efforts a bit. agreed

The inflow too is coming from higher theta-e air/CAPE to the east of it. that could really help get things going
