  1. So that’s the end of winter 2020-2021 right? Last two winter’s ended after the first storm right?
  2. My guess is I have 6” of paste. Now that rates have lightened and the winds picking up, the driveway is turning to slop with the snow bombs falling off the trees.
  3. I'm glad that I didn't update my map from yesterday. Sticking with a max of 6-12" was right idea. I had us personally for 3-6" thinking we would see around the 6" which I think we are probably closing in on.
  4. One thing we are going to have to remember. I think Jerry said it earlier. Once the low gets past our latitude, that usually shuts off precipitation fairly effectively.
  5. Trees are really starting to give. Hearing shot gun blasts every 10 minutes or so. Still have power.
  6. While I think Chris is on to something with the radome.......this is always a good rule of thumb. Remember....meteorology, not modelogy.
  7. Radar really seems to be diminishing.....wondering if that is a result of the freezing layer collapsing towards the radar?
  8. First shot-gun blast of the day. Pine limb in neighbors driveway just snapped.
  9. I think we are in the subsidence zone between the two main bands. Sure its snow alright....but not anything special.
  10. Father lost power in Brockton. Winds starting to pick up here. Snow bombs falling off trees. That may help us keep power through this thing if wind can knock snow off stuff
  11. You know....you're right. Looks like I run about 2 degrees warm.
  12. 35.2 F. SN- ~1.0" on driveway. More on green areas. Just pushed snow off driveway for first time. Going to be a shovel once an hour type days assuming I don't suck exhaust all day.
  13. Just watched the mailman go up and down my hill at 2 mph each direction.
  14. I have already exceeded my snow total from that SV map. #Winning
  15. 37.6 F. Down ~3 degrees last hour. Probably 80% snow right now. Flakes are bigger than half dollars. Starting to really stick. About 2 hours earlier than I expected yesterday.
  16. 40.1 F here on my hill in south Nashua. Just pouring with giant snow globs mixing in.
  17. The temperature sure didn't feel like snow today.....but the sky had the look.
