  1. Call the attorney that did your closing.
  2. Yikes just checked our oil co. its up to 5.96 gallon. We paid 3.68 for 188 gallons at the end of February. Have just about 1/2 tank left.
  3. Thanks. Yes they are impossible to get close to. I took that out a second floor window about 50-60 feet away. Plus is cropped. It's the first time I've seen two at the same spot.
  4. Getting some help breaking apart a stump out back this morning.
  5. We're on the southern end of town so that could be the difference.
  6. 14-15 seems kind of high but whatever. We're near the top of hill that faces northeast so maybe our snow blew away. The wind was the deal with this storm it never let up all day.
  7. I think we're only about 5" here. Tough to tell with the wind.
  8. Looking at the radar ...Poundmetown is along 395. It's been there all morning.
  9. Barely 3" here so far. That band is just a few miles east.
  10. We’ve had our LG OLED for about two years and still amazed every day how great the picture is. Blacks are black. HDR and UHD look almost 3 dimensional. It’s the best money we ever spent on a tv. You won’t regret it.
  11. That was cool. All hard surfaces are covered in white.
  12. Leaves are dropping fast. Hopefully it cools off a bit before we lose all our shade.
  13. I'm having someone excavate for a detached garage foundation next week. My fear is it's going to fill with water. Might have to run a trench out to grade to drain it off but that would screw up our driveway.
  14. Why does Albany to Saratoga Springs seem to constantly get interesting weather?
  15. Looks like some towns in MA base certain permit costs on square footage. That takes the guess work (low balling) out of it.
  16. Building permits in MA are based on estimated job cost, same in CT. Usually $10-$20 per thousand depending on the town. There may be a $50 minimum.
  17. A pool deck is something that you’d likely want to have permitted for liability reasons. Same with projects involving wiring or major structural. It’s good to have that inspection sign off for insurance and piece of mind.
  18. There's been a few in Glastonbury too.
