  1. This SNF game has been awesome to watch
  2. Interesting temp story. Got up to 52 earlier today, then dropped back to 42, now back up to 50. And two miles south of here in Swanton is in the mid 30s.
  3. I know, its easy to be pessimistic about snow in the area but here’s my HH preview of our radar in a few weeks
  4. The mood swings in here really are something. Hard to keep up, I might need to double my martini dose.

  6. 18z Euro has the NYD clipper with C-1” across the sub-forum.
  7. He thinks the pattern favors south of NYC so he could be thinking higher totals here.
  8. 18z GFS upped the ante for tomorrow with 4-6” along/west of the Allegheny Front. Gusts 55+ for several hours - best to be prepared for power outages with that. Shows another 6-8”+ this week after tomorrow’s event too.
  9. To my weenie eyes looking at MSLP anomaly maps, chance on ~4th with a low passing to the south and again on ~6th with a coastal popping.

  12. Better to be in the game than not. We have a pattern that looks conducive to snow vs a shit the blinds pattern. Let’s hope we have a lot of sleepless nights next month (from tracking storms vs utter depression from warm temps/rain ).
