I didn't see anyone being abruptly or intentionally rude to anyone. Not sure why it got this far. Leave it alone. That being said we all are guilty of being jerks at times. Little more leeway and a little less judgment goes a long way.

I have thunder and lightning down here on the North Carolina coast south of Va Beach. Loudest Thunder Ive heard in 4 months. Lots of Dynamics with this system. Very impressive.

I moved to a place where it never snows. Doesn't even tease me. My stress level is much lower. However I'm feeling anxious watching the prospects of snow dwindling away from the clotse in Northern Virginia suburbs. I don't know why but it's bothering me. It shouldn't. I'm not even in the game. I shouldn't feel this way. But I do.

I did the same thing yesterday. Used to do it every year. Then got away from it for the last few after I moved. Hoping this improves my luck. I don't have much being on the coast in Carolina. I need any help I can get.

Great view of the launch and travels of the rocket from my 2nd floor bedroom window over Currituck Sound. Was surprised how quickly we were able to see it very low in the sky just seconds after launch... then as it got higher and arched out to the southeast. It was really cool.

Maybe they can use the extra resources they don't have to spend on the pool and apply it to the sewer systems and drainage issues they have there. Are they keeping the Tennis Courts open?

Not all curry is Indian. My wife makes tasty Japanese curry dishes. Different for sure. Same general ideas, but a bit less pungent. Look up some recipes. HMart has several premixed products of varying tastes and spice.

NHL appears to be in serious Jeopardy. Wouldn't it be something is Ovechkin came up just short of Gretzky because this season was shortened or cancelled? Not a capitals fan but I want to see him do it. It was a crapshoot as it was. I gave him a 50% chance. Now I'm not so sure.

It's too bad the covid-19 thread closed. Regardless of the bickering back and forth, I found it very helpful and informative. Forum members were sharing very good information that was not easily discovered or disseminated by formal news outfits. But In fairness, I'm not a moderator nor do I see what goes on behind the scenes. Maybe it was getting uglier than it looked. Anyway it was fun while it lasted.

Finally have moderate snow Currituck NC, 33. Nothing accumulating. Went from 36 to 33 in about 20 minutes with the wind shift. I've seen a report of four in from Franklin and 2 inches in Suffolk but nothing around 3 inches.... in Norfolk? Good for you. Coastal influence is now starting to take place so hopefully we get a few more bands through the night

It didn't quite work out for Hampton Roads. Richmond did better. And I never turned to snow just south of the virginia-north Carolina border south of Chesapeake. Just a windy Rainy Night.

I'm on the south side of the Dismal Swamp in pasquotank North Carolina. Definitely blobs of white missiles mixing in during the heaviest bursts Had more snow in Gates County a little while ago.
