    I don't think it will be all that cement like as snow. It's cold aloft. Maybe near the end, but I'm not sure this is a paste job with it so cold just above me.

    I don't think it will be all out winter, no. But, I could see one of those deals where maybe we have a rain or mixed event, cold comes in, sets up for another wintry event...but then 4 days later it gets milder again....something like that. That's a big block with help from some ridging near nrn Greenland. So while the PV doesn't have the punch it would have in January....I still think it gives chances here, but latitude will matter.

    Yeah at least it didn't change much. Also the other mesos are colder....I feel like after the Feb4th event, I almost can't trust those. The FV3??? I can't wait for that POS to take over the NAM.

    Tough to tell with Reggie. Seems like noise with precip rates too. I don't see a huge change from 6z.

    3K is nice by Ray and extreme NE MA.

    Yeah that's been waffling. HRRR really tries to pummel and the NAM has that heavier swath moving in once that tongue begins to move in. But yeah overall I did like seeing it better in srn areas, so that's a good sign anyways.

    Yeah a little better, but that model has no problem slamming the 750mb warm tongue north.

    Looking forward to see pics of his kids in the snow....I'll be sure to counter that with mine in the compacting snow at 34F in the afternoon. The world balance will be restored.

    The models are showing that, so it probably does get west of you, although I'm not sure it gets that far west, agree.

    It may relax for a couple of days like on the 4th or 5th? But otherwise a huge EPO likely leads to some overrunning chances.

    HRRR liking that secondary push of snow late day and evening.

    HRRR also cooling at the surface. This looks like a real nice event for east slopes of Monads eastward into SNH. Probably include Mitch's cemetary in VT and maybe down into nrn ORH to Ray. And then secondary area up north with the mid level goodies.
