  1. Euro was pretty meh for NYC area but gfs more robust. As far as the 14-15 the ensembles definitely have more of an interesting look for the interior, especially for CNE and NNE.
  2. No sweat off my back. I mentioned that it doesn’t bother me if we do lose it.
  3. I’ll enjoy a small cj of mixed rain and snow for the 12th.
  4. Gfs is nice for hills of SW CT into NJ for the 12th. Meanwhile the Canadian for the 14th is pretty much what you’d hope to see in a block when something would appear to cut.
  5. NAM looks like it would have a swath of lighter snows spreading into SNE at the end of the run. Some OE Boston on south.
  6. That’s Tips shredded dendies in ‘78 theory, but in the storm last year, those flakes were great until they hit ground. Definitely stay together from the crystal bond.
  7. I enjoy the wind aspect. It just adds to the tempest appeal. Sure maybe it costs me a few inches compared to what I’d measure if winds were less, but I love a good storm.
  8. You’re talking two events that IMO are lower prob. Not worth getting worked up if they don’t work out.
  9. The thing about windy storms, is that you don’t have a lot of compaction the next day. I realize that I absolutely cannot stand seeing a softly fallen snow compact to half its depth in eight hours. The worst is when you see those lines on the fence where the snow was and then where it is currently. That just makes me angry.
  10. That was March 2019. Last year was your favorite. Deformation white out blown all over lol.
  11. It’s some of the best I’ve ever seen. Barely any wind.
  12. Feb 7 2003 was a real good short term bust too. 2-4” turned into 16”.
  13. Mine says 0.0 must have poop? Other gauge was about .9 eyeballing.
  14. Reservoirs still showing signs of stein around here. Believe it or not lol.
  15. He’s been finding rain and misses since 2013.
  16. I can’t stop laughing picturing him there.
  17. Regarding the 12th, that's some strong CAA at like 925 from the northeast. Love to see it.
  18. I don't want that to weaken much. This pattern coming up does not look like a suppression pattern...so I think we need the Atlantic to help make sure we don't have any lows ride up our fannies.
