  1. I love how you skipped over my comment about whineminster. I’ve seen it in NH too.
  2. That’s not true. Daytime temps matter, but the cold nights mostly do it. As I said, it is also species dependent. Whineminster still has leaves and he’s been colder than you in ORH county. I have species that have been bare a week and some now half gone. I’ve seen others yellow and orange still.
  3. I like the tropical connection on the gfs.
  4. A little ridging is good to help though. Deep blue is congrats mid Atlantic.
  5. That's a nice look with some money in the bank to our north.
  6. GEFS sort of show you how to get it done.
  7. My guess...and I could be wrong..but I think Canadian warming events lead to some blocking from Hudson bay towards Davis Straits. I don't know if that falls under a SSW or just maybe part of it?
  8. Yeah I don't disagree at all...I just was not aware of the codes.
  9. 50mb is closer to the troposphere, and would likely have a better chance of propagating down to the troposphere. I can post 10mb too. I never look at 10mb to be honest because you can have the moon collapse and blow up there and nothing propagates down lol.
  10. The only ones I really use, are for the EPS...so that is only for the next 2 weeks. It does split just over a week from now, and remains sort of elongated towards the end....so I would say it is feeling some disruption. But, it can easily congeal at some point too. I don't know what December entails...but it's good to see it gets disturbed.
  11. Wasn't a cloud in the sky, but I looked SE from the Middle St overpass over Rt 3 and saw the stratus in the distance.
  12. I've heard both internally and externally that December will act more Nina with the se ridge returning. The hope would be to have a cooperative Pacific.
  13. 24/7?? Wow. Never heard that as being code, but I guess it is.
  14. Yeah I can dig that. Hopefully we can hold that into December.
  15. Probably last weekend to really enjoy so we’ll take. It’s gonna come.
  16. NNE looks good for best anomalies. Blue grass bands and lemon shandys at 4K?
  17. Yeah weeklies were meh but EPS looked good, so some differences there. Still think last third of the month offers chances. Maybe even after 15th.
