That's climo. Avg Nov snow is due to the 1 out of 5 seasons you get a 4-6" event. AKA 2018.

38.6 here while Logan is 42 with a light E wind. Reminds me of Nov 2018 snow event when light E-SE winds made it a torch for Logan through conduction of heat off the ocean, but just enough land to keep it cooler here.
