  1. It seems noticeable during the day. Back in December they were 34 with -SN when everyone around them was below 32, even Logan. 55-60 will do it for today and was expected. Not sure why people are surprised.
  2. OWD has a 2F warm bias so we toss. It's been brutal.
  3. It sort of unravels a bit in the mid levels and tries to retro. So the precip tries to spread out. The problem is that as it happens, it will become more banded and disorganized. But if your under a band, it probably comes down good.
  4. I’m still not sold on the euro. I do expect some lighter snows, but would like to see a little more evidence.
  5. It looks better than 00z. I still expect some light snows anyways.
  6. How and when has there been a +PNA.
  7. Those index charts seem bootleg. All I see are troughs digging into the west.
  8. It’s early for that, but I don’t care what model it is, these situations are tough to work out in your favor.
  9. Yeah Brian seems drunk. He always hopes for torches.
  10. Backing in a retro sleet bomb for Maine.
  11. Downeast Maine with an absolute paint peeler backing in.
  12. You could make the argument it looked like H5 would be a nod west, but again...very tricky setup.
  13. It is, but the thermo profile given the low positions from the surface on up are really strange. But prior to these solutions, the cold was evaporating, so I get that part.
  14. @SouthCoastMA Probably would be a paste job there should the meaty stuff arrive.
  15. Yes I do actually. But I honestly cannot recall a setup like the NAM or even RGEM shows. Doesn't mean it's impossible, but there's probably a reason why. I can see why it has it, but maybe it's a bit embellished. We'll see what the GFS does.
  16. The soundings look a bit cooler vs what the ptype shows, although it could be a lack of vertical layers on the sounding. But anyways, another bizarre look.
