  1. That looks like longer duration lighter snows late next week.
  2. GFS was west, just not like the other guidance.
  3. For those wondering (I know Ray knows), that song I posted is one of the more popular jazz songs I remember from TWC during the 93-94 winter. That sounding shows sleet with OE flakes below it. In January that year, we had +SNPL from heavy OES and synoptic sleet as it was so cold in the lower levels, but torching aloft. Anyways, it's a nerd joke for some of us.
  4. 3K seems a little more tame, but rotates a decent band in.
  5. It's like one band lol. What a weird ass storm.
  6. Maybe Kevin has that disturbing pic of him looking like Andy Dufresne from Shawshank.
  7. One intriguing thing about Sunday is that it could be longer duration. If that stuff backs in just enough, I could see it lingering for a bit. Still unsure what to make of it.
  8. It seems noticeable during the day. Back in December they were 34 with -SN when everyone around them was below 32, even Logan. 55-60 will do it for today and was expected. Not sure why people are surprised.
  9. OWD has a 2F warm bias so we toss. It's been brutal.
  10. It sort of unravels a bit in the mid levels and tries to retro. So the precip tries to spread out. The problem is that as it happens, it will become more banded and disorganized. But if your under a band, it probably comes down good.
  11. I’m still not sold on the euro. I do expect some lighter snows, but would like to see a little more evidence.
  12. It looks better than 00z. I still expect some light snows anyways.
  13. How and when has there been a +PNA.
  14. Those index charts seem bootleg. All I see are troughs digging into the west.
  15. It’s early for that, but I don’t care what model it is, these situations are tough to work out in your favor.
