They’ll be an area that does I think. Probably not us. But this is hauling and I’m not sure it has enough meat for those widespread amounts. We shall see. At least we got to see how shitty the Canadian guidance was for this. Only took down over 1” of QPF for some areas. No big deal lol. Euro did come west and caved a bit, but based on guidance today, it’s not like it seemed when yesterday people were naked high fiving and slapping balls and dongs on each others face.

This storm is not exactly inspiring. Not even Sure widespread 4-8” is attainable given some guidance. Probably 3-4 here. Maybe 5.

18z gfs looked like it reduced QPF too. For all the talk of euro cave, the rest of the guidance is also doing a hell of a cave toward it.

There’s definitely some red flags. Not all models are agreeing on a good conveyor belt of moisture and it’s a fast mover. Still, I’d be happy as a pig in shit if I got 4-6”. Everyone should be.

Gfs west trend seemed to stop for now. We’ll see what the 18z euro does, but you can’t ignore that and the EPS.
