  1. The next 10 days will be a snooze fest. Time for analyzing every gfs op run until we are blue in the face.
  2. This is what happens when the clothes start flying off about general 500mb looks in the beginning of November. You need to let the details work themselves out. There is a reason why early April has better snow chances than most of November.
  3. Where is the angst coming from? Looks like late November to me. EPS seems ok to me. Maybe rain on Thanksgiving.
  4. I thought the opposite. The airmass is garbage too. I would think highest spots in berks have a chance.
  5. Well any trace icing get a WWA automatically.
  6. Yeah it doesn’t look like more than a few flakes to end.
  7. Precip looks minimal outside eastern areas. Even here looks minimal. Euro was too wet again yesterday too.
  8. I think it’s guidance handling the trough up there. Some bring in a s/w and beat down the ridging like 00z. Given volatility, I’d still want to stay a little cautious.
  9. EPS saves the weenies. It’s pretty clear though the AK region is volatile for whatever reason. We’ll need to keep an eye on it.
  10. Cstl front over Quincy. I’m surprised the saturated layer is cold enough for flurries. Salt nuclei ftw.
  11. LOL how the pendulum swings around here.
  12. It’s probably something that we always see at some point in every winter. I don’t see a huge worry overall.
  13. He’s very serious. I had to call him yesterday to make sure he was going to be ok. I didn’t like what I saw.
  14. The fact weeklies were kind of blah in December gives it some credit. But yeah who knows. It looks like we have some cold to play with end of this month and early December anyways.
  15. Coastal front is waffling over me. Was in the 20s last night. Bounced to 36 and now 31.
  16. EPS looks ugly to start December on the 00z run. Nasty pacific. Let’s hope it’s wrong.
  17. Euro is a soaker here. Boy would this be fun a month from now.
  18. First order climate data and not to mention decisions being made on that data such as snowfall. It definitely does matter even with the errors in snow measurement. This isn't just margin of error....it's all out egregious.
