ASOS winds suck at KTAN.

It does look like it will fade to more Nina later in the month, but overall a good look. We'll see.

Nice look on the EPS, maybe even a little east based NAO action to keep the tropospheric PV on our side. Of course that doesn't mean we can't get a cutter...but the overall look is favorable.

Yep that too. I generally think sometimes it helps to have it stop and the temp recover a degree or so. I’ve seen what Kevin describes.

That happens. Rain can stabilize the atmosphere. Of course convective rains can bring down heavy winds, but what you said does happen.

Weeklies were decent. They tried to get a little more Niña like and maybe borderline at week 4, but who knows that far out. They may change on Thursday’s update as Will said.

That was great. 3-5” south of the pike turned into 12-16”. I remember Todd Gross that morning was a little bullish.
