I can think of some. We had a good one back in late Feb 2019 I believe. That was a nasty one. Ironically we had one last year on W-SW flow in late Feb. I could see a lot of 45kt stuff tonight.

I'm not sure those can be tapped, but not impossible for 50kts.

Top of the mixing layer on BUFKIT is 50-60kts. That's probably a tall task to do, but you figure CAA on WNW flow is one way to do it.

Pass on the arctic air though. If it could be straight 25-30 every day, that is perfect. I suppose for the feel of it once in awhile that's cool, but I'll pass on the PV sitting on my face. The fact that we have had no massive torches and no massive arctic intrusions is fine with me.

Yeah today dry for awhile, but the weekend sort of stinks weather wise. Yesterday was downright awful. Get your nape on tomorrow though.

Yeah we are comfortable here too. We definitely would have a tighter budget if we moved so something to be said about that.

We made a serious move earlier this summer down in Pembroke. Even went over asking and wrote a letter. They went with the buyers who offered a little less, but did not have a contingency on seller their home. As if selling a home would be a problem. But after seeing how crazy things are, we are staying put for now. We are happy where we are.

That’s everywhere. Unless you want to buy in cash, waive all things like inspections, don’t have a contingency like selling your home...good luck.
