See the soundings above. That’s a lot of dry air. Unless somehow the mid level forcing launches north, but I think that’s a tall task at this point.

OKX radar showing 35 dBZ over Tblizz while BOX radar has nothing until you get south of BID.

I will say this may be the only storm I’ve ever seen with a great H5 RH look overhead and dry at 700. That’s rather strange.

I definitely would sell the clown maps. Some qpf will be wasted with marginal temps and maybe even some sleet. Those 12”+ are tossed IMO.

It will be wet at first and maybe melt a bit if it’s light to start, But looks like temps drop nicely. Those pounding lift into the DGZ won’t have that issue. The cutoff to me is the biggest issue.
