Germany is getting hit hard again. Who communicated it was a hoax? Link?

Not that anyone cares for my opinion but here is my take. The complete shutdown of all states in March even those with very little outbreaks created a situation where when the virus did come people were worn out from pandemonium. By the time the virus did infect these places hard, a lot of people had gone back to life thinking they didn't get it when it was bad, so why now. The failure of science was in delivery of messaging at the state level. Those early shutdowns were unnecessary as they were led to complacency and pandemic burnout. But in reality no one is to blame, the blame belongs on the virus. Pandemics are going to do what pandemics do. Masks work but are really only a placate measurement. You are lucky if you don't get it or have a mild cold like case. Unlucky if you get it bad. We ain't stopping it.

Its America

Or join the fear mongering media. Geezuz I watched the today show this morning and their top 3 headlines read by the anchor included the word fear. Hype sells ask DIT but this is totally ridiculous. Covid is real, a bad illness for sure and deserves attention but every other story is full of fear mongering. I am checking out of TV news forever. Can't stand the constant bias no matter who you watch. When Biden wins I am sure the whole tone changes despite the reality of the world doesn't. The play is the game.

64 k is still decent plus bennies and pension and summers off. I agree they provide an invaluable service but it is a good gig.

Teaching in CT is a good gig, pay and pension bennies are good as well.

50 ft season near shore

Having spent a considerable amount of time in that area, there is a huge increase in snow at 1300 ft along Rt 16 from Jackson to Wildcat. A prime snow belt, not too dissimilar from Phins spot, within 15%

Brian with a 6 inch call ihby that afternoon, oops

What does this even mean. Turn on the news

Reno OK

BB without Brady is Jason Garrett. Bucs look fantastic, Brady and Gronk look great together again. Now they are getting AB. Serious receivers not the POS WR ers BB put together last year.

I tried to tell them about Cam...

You and Ray and titty bars

He is not ready for it. Lol He has been in Omaha for 6 years now. Snow is hit or miss most years. Probably averages 25 inches

My son is bitching this morning about snow and cold in Omaha NE. Lol

Go slow, let him dictate. He will come around.

Beer talk is fine?

We were talking death rate based on cases being different from July

Wills afraid we won't discuss the 2001 snow season

I found out recently through genetic testing Roger Williams is a distant ancestor to my Mom. Seeing as she was from Arkansas that was cool for this native RI er to read
