    Yes but its going to join the less snowy models with a nasty dry slot.. Unlike the 6z which didn't have it.. Edit the dry slot fills in after 2-4 hours.. lets see if that actually happens

    the first part of the storm has nothing to do with topography for CT its latitude and longitude as 925 is torched. However once 925s cool its all about topography and you should do very well tomorrow in your backyard..

    Most of that is fake accumulation honestly right on that edge. 925 is torched for half of that. The purple line probably about 1-3”.. then 6”+ Litchfield hills.

    I think she let us out. If not I’m sneaking out and running away. Good riddance 22/23. Only good thing is we set the all time futility mark if we do get under 5” here which seems likely.

    I mean if gfs and euro are locked in and right Id argue Tuesday is just scattered rain snow showers that don’t accumulate.. several inches in northwest hills overnight Monday into Tuesday and that’s it.

    I mean it’s not just the nam it’s now the hrrr gfs euro almost every model .. starting to get agreement that the nip storm ruins it for a good chunk of ct by torching us then slotting us.

    This has literally become a pain in the ass.. Not enjoyable at all to forecast this one, I mean accumulating snow starts in 30 hours.. And we have several models showing a monster snowstorm for all of SNE and the GFS and EURO are worlds apart from the other models. Southern CT is a disaster of a forecast..

    he didn't look at the temps, its torched.. nothing for 2/3rds of the state.. northern third does well. Also southern CT gets dryslotted..
