  1. Good amount of melting overnight .. I’d say 50% coverage where the sun hits..
  2. Ya gfs has been very consistent while euro is waffling, let’s see if we can get some agreement on a closer solution today.. im thinking this is a quick coating to 2” south of the pike, and 2-4” north.. Saturday night trending a bit in that direction too but still plenty of time
  3. 6z Euro just bumped North and warmer at 6z, not much snow in SNE
  4. That’s a lot of folks climo for the whole season in CT and SEMass
  5. 3” new 16.7” on the season Seymour CT
  6. Ya for all of New England 12-24” over the next 9-10 days then another biggie in weenie range
  7. Snow growth is great, piling up quick. Def an inch + per hour rate
  8. Nice, had some freezing drizzle first hour now mod snow, let’s see if we get a few inches then in case it in ice

  10. Some intense snow in PA, def think there is potential for an hour of legit heavy snow..
  11. Ya nice to see, it’s just the HRRR. Every other piece of guidance is in very good agreement.
  12. Watch the hrrr be the one model to catch on to a last minute underperformer lol
  13. HRRR continues its theme of being less enthused than other models for this one .. interesting pretty paltry here coating to an inch or so ..
  14. We’ve talked about 40s tomorrow, I’m talking about freezing drizzle possibly making the pack harder to melt
  15. And 2-3 weeks earlier coinciding with peak climo almost
  16. Ya ensembles are wild wow.. best run yet
  17. Advisory up for ALY and OKX 2-4” plus a light glaze on top. That would actually help preserve the snow pack, something we haven’t talked about
  18. Zoomed in pretty beefy eastern half of ct would yield some 3-5” spots
