  1. It finally noticed that clipper near Maine, which floods us with mild air instead of the cold press from the high. GFS has been very bad lately
  2. Must be nice, CNE gets all the fun events lmao
  3. EURO has a clipper north of Maine just ahead of the Friday Saturday system to bring in a southerly flow before the precip hence mostly rain at first changing to snow in CNE
  4. Clipper looks meh, coating to 2” for most.. squalls look legit , could be some training of squalls
  5. Those euro maps make me want to puke
  6. Definitely, this combined with Christmas week were nice. I believe this is our third full week of snow cover this season. Just sucks that we had the bare minimum snow pack all three times
  7. At this point let’s snow as much as possible until then. Then go 68 with a torrential rain pre cold front to wash the footprints of this disgusting winter away.. we tried, til next time..
  8. Man I wouldn’t mind that verbatim here.. several inches of snow and sleet with freezing rain in the middle glacierizing it
  9. Tried to tell em yesterday.. There's a ton of cold air available from the persistent seasonal -EPO and lack of mild pacific air torching Canada.. Just give us the moisture and we will take our chances.. Nothing is a lock, but I like the trends for now..
  10. ya and 30-35" in NE CT, There was a quasi stationary band from NE CT all the way into SE NH for 8-10 hours dropping 2-4" rates
  11. Happens almost every year. We were near 60 before new years.
  12. That season would fit the recent trend of very little snow before late Jan.
  13. What storms did the other 10 feet come from this season?
  14. Ya EPS is well north of GEFS, this is probably dead for CT/MASS border south unless GEFS is onto something
  15. EPS with wintry vibe for the 2nd , high pressure in SE Canada as the overrrunning moves in .
  16. A lot of high pressure in Canada, going to be a battle. 12z guidance today has an icy look for New England / just depends what side we are on, could be 70 in Jersey while we ice , or just torch up to CNE..
  17. GEFS were nice , focusing on a swath of snow from Greenwich to Ludlow
  18. What did you get on that? I’m sick again so just passing time looking at that storm looked like an epic Deform band from Ray to Ginxy for 6-8 hours while you got more WCB.. looks like 18-24 for you?
  19. This is the one right here going 30” lmao
  20. Epic forecast and epic bust. That was the RGEM storm
  21. 10 years ago, when the Jinx started for us out west. These maps bring back painful memories
  22. ??? Until it does, we won’t always get skunked during favorable patterns, just bad luck…
