The sun can be very damaging to fruit trees during these warmups when it gets the sap flowing and then it freezes hard overnight. Look up "southwest injury" .

I like these borderline warning events. Nothing too crazy, but enough that it doesn't feel annoyingly useless clearing it either. It insulates the fruit trees from all of this brutal cold we've been having too.

The warm layer is at 700mb. But yeah, toss that for now. The H7 low starts closing off over DC and heads over ACK yet ramps the WAA way up to EEN.
