Look, I’m sorry your friend isn’t doing well. Covid freakin sucks. My daughter is now on day 42 with covid symptoms , still testing positive and nobody knows if the painful inflammation will ever go away because with the people that have the same condition haven’t had any lessening of the symptoms. She has lung damage and I’m sure other things damaged. I understand we all handle things differently, but it’s no excuse. You did the same thing last winter when I had to say something to you then too. Do better. Thank you.

I thought about that too, but decided if I get shut in, I’ll make a huge pot of my famous Frogmore stew I can only remember one classic cad early on this winter with the rest being insitu. I’m probably wrong because I haven’t paid your area too much attention I don’t mind one as long as it is under .30 of ice

Maybe for NC. I live on the edge of the dark gray line and I can assure you that there wasn’t any snow from my house east.

I got lucky in ‘14 and got more sleet than ice when I was living in Columbia. Sledding was off the charts for almost a week. It was worth the scrapes I got as I hit sound barrier speed going down our favorite hill. From Augusta to the SC coast wasn’t as lucky. One of the worst ice storms I’ve seen in the 30 something years here in SC.

This coming week or so has had my spidy senses all tingly. Figures it would be icy Buckle up buttercup! It’s gonna be an interesting ride as we head into next week.
