These are the MBTA commuter rail tracks in Leominster near their station

Significant flood damage to at least two of the schools in Leominster. My building is being used as an emergency shelter. Major roads have sustained significant damage. Another dam is in danger of failure. Sinkholes galore including one that swallowed several cars at a Cadillac dealership. Many businesses destroyed. Homes. People who have lived there for 50+ years have never seen anything close and this was a city that had big issues with the Halloween snowstorm of 2011 and the 2008 ice storm.

I’m not happy about that but feel bad for the families and people of the city. Lots and lots of damage When I left work today everything seemed normal. Had not really started raining

He got home. He wasn’t trapped or anything. Just gridlocked. Lots of issues in that city tonight

Day three in a row of thunder and rain here.

This area has been like a rain forest this summer. Everything stayed so lush. This past week was mostly rain free until Friday but still only a half an inch More to come

Was at work in Leominster when that rolled through around 2:15-2:45. What a light show. I was in our library which has huge windows and we are on a hill facing east. Strobe after strobe.
