  1. Yes, surprisingly similar here. I was on a call and it looked like it was just foggy outside but I went out and it’s sleet mixed with snow and starting to stick on top of the slush.
  2. Bullet proof for the warmup that might not be coming. We see that sleet again in March.
  3. Nice to have a board member in your location! I always wonder what is going on out that way. I lived in Webster for many years, and now I am in Boscawen .
  4. Sky cleared this afternoon and is still fairly clear so we’re getting a really fast radiational cooling and drop of temperatures. Got up to 44 but already down to 35. Would seem to suggest that we are frozen in this event. But I don’t know if we get a push of warm air the surface at some point.
  5. Well this doesn’t start until Sunday late. A little to declare victory or defeat. Let’s see where we stand around 1pm tomorrow
  6. Fascinating with the GFS coming around to what the European was selling for three days and as soon as they did it, European went back to the prior GFS solution. Is it some sort of power struggle?
  7. For my area a few miles south of Dendrite, that is 3" of snow and almost .25 of ice. That is a significant event. We are going to have a rock solid pack come next week if this is correct.
  8. The drain from Maine freezes the coastal plain?
  9. Noticing that on weather underground, the temperature forecast for the first three days of February have dropped fairly substantially into highs in the low to mid 30s. We’ll have to see when we get a warm-up and how extreme and for how long I suppose.
  10. I’ve been wondering if the thing tonight trends and becomes snow and sleet.
  11. Looks about the same over here in Boscawen but our pack is a little less…4-10
  12. wondering what the mesos will show overnight regarding the thursday night deal up here. Just plain rain? Maybe, but close. Mesos may trend colder.
  13. 2.5 here. Don't like the looks of that batch of rain moving in from NY/VT. Going to take awhile to get us above 32.
