    It is unbelievable that the models are still this far off so close. I fully expected one to cave tonight... I know we still have the Euro to run, but I fully expect it to hold as well. I guess onto to the 6z suite

    This right here... You can see it on the H5 at H48 on the 18z... on the 12z it is still closed off... but no earth shattering changes... will be interesting to see the 18z Euro and the 0z suite.

    Yep LWX is still weary of the southern track to make the call to a WSW for the Northern tier of counties in MD.

    The system has just become overall drier on the 12z runs according to the snowfall maps.

    yeah I do not think the NAM will be making a lot of friends this run. But it is the NAM so when know what we are looking at.

    looking at the H5 on the NAM at H48... it is north of the 0Z.

    And you know school systems are not the type to wait and see what happens... If they just here something might come the next day... they delay or close.... it is not like the old days... I sound more and more like my parents every day.

    No stress here... I work from home. I just hate incompetent decisions. Balt Co seems to do that a lot.

    Yeah I just got the text. Way to go Balt Co... nice advanced notice. They could have easily have called that this morning... nothing has changed.

    It is crazy that the width of heavy snow is about 80 miles wide.
