I dropped a piece of firewood on my barefoot big toe and broke it, ended up getting the nail pulled and a new one grew back, did it again a few months later and just have a gnarly looking nail this time. Didn't grow back right.
It is, I'm going to kill the crabgrass and overseed in the spring, the weather just won't cooperate and my lawns too big to water all the time. Unless we get a more favorable forecast next week.
My cat brought a live chipmunk into the house this morning, I left the porch door open all morning and she finally killed it on the porch this afternoon. Probably munk pee and poo all over the house.
When we go to Lake Ontario they don't go out if the winds are 20mph, boats are in the 20 foot range. Went up there last year for two days of fishing and couldn't go out either day, came home empty handed.
WE went on weekend in early summer, weather was perfect, all the vendors out with the fish and fruits and veggies, ate at one of the italian restaurants, great place to go on a nice weather weekend.
Don't forget Molly Hatchett, that was some good country rock. Eagles were technically considered country too back then though they were more mainstream.
Some towns also close down business after a half day on Wednesday. I worked in Webster 20 years ago and I had never heard of a town shutting for a half day, must be for a break halfway through the work week to refresh, not sure if schools closed too but I think they did.
