  2. Same here, tons of acorns, not many hickory nuts though.
  3. Could be, I live on a small dead end street with 5 houses, we all help each other and lend tools, I've borrowed my neighbors snow blower when mine was down and I've lent mine out now that I have a good one among other tools.
  4. A good neighbor would lend his assistance and let him borrower the good blower.
  5. My guys do it all at once for $250 and I have just under an acre. Then they do one last mow, its usually around first week of December.

  17. So what do you get by doing this, I know its a simple way to take care of bills and just pay one fat payment a month, I've been intrigued by it but never looked into it.
  18. I know people that pay every bill with their credit card, including groceries and pay it off every month and get all kinds of rewards. I don't play that game but they get cash back and airline miles.
  19. Our waitress at a popular restaurant in Maine told me she quit her corporate job to waitress and makes $500 per night, she said less hours and less headaches. You work Thurs-Sunday that 2k for the week and you have all days off and 3 nights off, she said much less stress.
  20. I would rather have an inch or two of crust Christmas Eve and Christmas day than a foot a powder get melted by heavy rain on the 24 th, which has happened.
