    What did you have on the ground before this latest storm?

    I saw some of the big lakes with a solid coating, the smaller ones must be getting thick enough. A lot depends on size and deepness, but Webster Lake has a solid coating.

    My friend worked for the electric company in my area, they get mucho bucks when there's an outage in winter, even more around Holidays.

    There's going to be some cold weather football games tomorrow. Hopefully a snow game.

    My sister up in Maine near the coast said it's wild up there with trees down and power out. No snow yet though looks like that squall is moving towards her.

    Saw that earlier on the models, white Christmas for the Islands and parts of the Cape.

    Ineedsnow lives in that area, maybe he can report what he got, does look like a good band of snow.

    At least some of you guys will have a white Christmas, I'm happy with the flakes, its cold out there, grabbed a load of firewood and froze my azz off.

    Every time I check the temp it's down 2 degrees 26 now from 52 earlier.

    The girl I work with takes her kids there every year. Looks like a nice pool there and fun for the kids.

    Nice little stripe of snow in Worcester County north, just flakes here, down to 30. Some will have a White Christmas.

    There were 3 trees down one mile from my house when I left for an appt, one was across the highway, but they got there quick and cut it up. I'm going to grab it for firewood. Little bit of snow mixed in right now.

    I have the same setup, you don't have to ground, that's for a different type of setup.

    Id be lucky to get 2 feet down in my rocky, ledgy yard.

    I don't think 55 is meh when you look at your yard the next day and you hopefully keep electric.

    I agree, might not hit 60 mph but they'll be a mess in our yards.

    My parent used to do it Christmas Eve while we were in bed supposedly sleeping, I could hear the paper and scotch tape noises all night til I fell asleep.

    Still a decent storm, not snow for us but some folks will cash in for Christmas.
