    At least we don’t have to worry about temperatures this time. Feels like that’s usually 75% of the battle around here. .

    We lose more than we win but that’s what makes winning more special. In my opinion, this would not be much fun if we lived in an area that got snow once a week. .

    NOAA also had us pegged for heavy snow seven or eight days out before the last storm also .

    I believe a few weeks back someone ask something about storms trending Northwest…. I said….” storms only trend Northwest when we do not want them to” I hope I’m wrong .

    Some interesting showers are developing in the valley. Almost looks like it’s on some kind of stationary boundary. .

    Downsloping isn’t as bad as i assumed it would be. Looking at a few cams. Obviously Blowing Rock wouldn’t be downsloped but thought I’d add it. .

    With the radar being able to pick it up, I would think that’s between 850 mb and 925 mb .

    Inexpensive necessities for a potential winter storm is stuff that I always have on hand. It’s confusing that you did not know that the weather was updated 24 hours ago for your location but you are on a weather chat board. .

    I hate it for her…. My wife is recovering from double mastectomy because of breast cancer and the medicines that she’s on make her walk around like a 70-year-old woman. It kills me to watch her like that but there’s somebody out there who’s got it a lot worse and so we’re thankful that’s not us .
