73F. Does this qualify as Indian summer? Just looked back over the last 4yrs and we don't frost or freeze until after the 15th and coldest in any of those yrs was 30F. Fryeburg fair must be doing well this week with mostly good wx.

Local radio (Ray Richardson) has a weekly real estate guy on and he was talking about how to take advantage of the disaster that will unfold by buying up a bunch of wrecked houses for cheap when this is all said in down. Apparently he did it after Andrew. Seemed in poor taste to me.

I'm sure it's nice there, but we could never live in close proximity like that. If I can't take a leak off the deck, out the garage door, then we're not rural enough.
