And in the past 20 minutes I've seen numbers 4, 5, and 6 and they brought their friends too, very light snow has commenced in Goshen, probably won't last long though.

Still waiting for that 4th flake to fall up this way.

All good points but I really can't complain with the 15" or so solid snowpack from various storms that I have at home. It's been a while since I've had that. The sun was poking out here in Goshen as well but I did count 3 snowflakes about 45 minutes ago

We could be but it's interesting that the latest NAM doesn't have all of the snow that is currently falling to our south. What that means to how the rest of the NAM run acutally plays out tonight remains to be seen.

This winter so far reminds me of 93-94, which was my favorite winter ever. Could this one match or surpass that one for me? Time will tell.

I got to 0 this year but it's been 2 years since I've gone below zero, I'm confident breaking that streak but not sure by how much.

All the guidance is pointing to something big, are we going to have flashbacks to the end of last Feb....... I'm in a better place if that's the case with my generator ready to go. What could become an increasing concern will be flooding. Next weeks storm looks very juicy and even if we get all snow around here at some point all of that snow plus what we already have will melt and run off. Hopefully we'll have a long gentle thaw in March.

I need to make time to watch the concerts but the documentary on Darkness was very good. It's amazing how many songs he wrote for that album to only use a select few, which is why there is this "new" stuff. Also, you can finally buy the album or songs from the 25th Anniversary of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame concert from 2009. I had a bootleg of that from the night that Bruce and the E Street Band were the house band but couldn't get anything from the first night when U2 filled that roll so I was glad to see this available. So I got all of the Bruce, U2, and Metallica stuff but there's plenty others that were involved. A heads up that if you try to get it from iTunes Jungleland is available only with the album only but if you get it from Amazon you can get it as a single along with everything else. It's all worth checking out. Back on topic, the winds have been steadily increasing here, lots of snow blowing off the rooftops.
