    No lack of rain here but it's been bone dry since the big flood. Had about .50 this last Saturday but that's all dried up at this point.

    In a few yrs when my kids are out of high school will take a Sept beach vacation-some of the best weather, everything is still open and the water is plenty warm enough still.

    Certainly possible but we are not getting 30 storms and the hyperactive season many forecasted. That said an Andrew type storm makes it a "Bad season"
