  1. yeah it's just trapping polar pac air which is not that cold this time of year
  2. The new NAM has 1-2 inches region wide
  3. Huge areas shut down for an inch of slop....lol. Still got about 10 inches here but it was mostly Monday night.
  4. yeah hopefully we don't wake up tomorrow and see a terrible radar

  6. meso models show some upslope rains in some areas-kind of cool to see
  7. Not many big wound up cutters this year either we can certainly use the moisture

  17. went up to Mohawk last night-conditions were good-they have a large base due to limited rainfall and cold conditions all winter
  18. Jet is too strong for anything to amplify. More importantly we are missing out on precip with these events. Going to be a dry spring and water issues if things don't change soon.
  19. yeah most coastal march snowstorms are preceded by an outbreak of arctic air
  20. Not happening for another reason-we've had ZERO noreasters this year...I don't see the pattern changing in that regard...NYC had 12 inches of rain from 9/1-2/28 BONE DRY
  21. it's crazy how all the precip finds a way to miss
  22. We would literally need everything to perfectly work out. We've had no intense storms all season so would not expect one now....
