  1. I know same ol same ol. Even at that .25 or .33 won't do much-need an all day steady rain at this point for starters....
  2. RGEM being a bit wetter gives me hope...further west one is the better for this...
  3. That's the regular NAM-the 3k Is much drier with little to nothing for most of us -
  4. Maybe October...I can't remember a July/August with the air on nonstop-we had a couple of nights with open windows in Mid August but that's about it....
  5. scattered large trees around town with all brown leaves-assuming dead at this point-noticed that areas with alot of rock (and less topsoil) are the worst....
  6. Both NAMs kill the activity well west of most of us here.
  7. I am seeing full grown trees here with brown leaves-like dead....not just stressed. Lots of dogwoods dead too-there's alot of rock here so trees that don't have much topsoil are the first to go.

  9. SVR T-Storm Watch issued for CT and eastern NY State until 8pm
  10. worst of it ended with the early August heatwave...lower sun angle and shorter days now so sure we'll get some heat but it won't be anything like during the heart of summer.

  12. Yep days quickly shortening....close to 2 hrs less daylight than 6/21

  15. got to love convective season Tarrytown is about 30 miles from here. From 4 inches to nothing over those 30 miles.
  16. same ol pattern of models overdoing rain....models now not showing much if anything for tomorrow either.
  17. I would be estatic with .50 haven't see that here since mid July...
  18. New NAM showing .25-.50 for most later today...better than nothing.
