  1. Great day here with clear skies and temps in the high 70's. Going to miss it for awhile.
  2. I would think it would recurve NE if that were the case. Best bet panhandle then rip quickly NE up the coast.

  6. yeah Charley went in much further S than expected, the friction with the land pulled him in near Port Charlotte, FL. -
  7. would be hard for it to "fall apart" over Cuba if it were moving from S to N-there's not much land to traverse.

  11. If there's a deep trough over the East US I think a quick recurve off the east coast could be on the table too?
  12. That was here mid July to Sept 6th-missed almost every shot of rain-we have dead trees in spots-especially where it's rock and not much soil
  13. Crazy for sure-we've been hammered here since the day after Labor Day-close to 5 inches of rain since then yet 25 miles south where you are nothing...

  15. Never trust the GFS with temps in the LR-seems to have a warm bias in the summer
  16. Alot of that was the GFS which always seems hot in the LR in the summer...
