    Looks like most colleges and most likely schools will start back up in late August/early September for most of the country. Things will finally get back to normal.

At 1232 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorms were located over Eden, or near Hamburg, and the nearshore waters of Lake Erie in the vicinity moving northeast at 35 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this storm.

    I went hiking in the Adirondack high peaks on Monday and there was feet of snow still up there. I didn't think I would still need my microspikes. Made it quite difficult to get to the top. It was similar to mansfield with sporadic spots of feet and others with bare ground. Guess it depends on where the sun hit. Here is my dog up there.

    I don't have a cover, but my pool is in the sun all day. It was 80 the last 2 days. I plan to get one though, just a hassle to take on and off.

    Same here. People that don't have pools or don't enjoy the beach like a cool summer. A summer isn't a summer without a beach/lake/pool. What do you guys do all summer?

    over 1,500 deaths. It's going to be awhile before we get to under 100 a day. I think once is all said and done we will be between 2-300k deaths in USA. Brazil and India are going up quick. Brazil is now the only other country going above 1k deaths a day now.

    93 in May is pretty historic in Buffalo. We usually only average 3 days of 90+ a summer. I wonder what the max May temp is? 93 has to be very close.
