  1. LMFAO. You would think it was Armageddon.
  2. A nut sack shrinking 19 degrees here in Stony Brook! All this cold wasted...
  3. Nope, I'm done with winter, hence the move down south. If I don't ever see a snowflake again, Id be perfectly happy with that.
  4. Moving outside of Atlanta next week from LI NY, I actually might see snow the 1st of the year!
  5. Anyone from the Atlanta area? Moving down from LI NY next week. I see colder temps at night down there, then up here. I guess, no warm water to keep the nights a bit warmer?
  6. LMFAO. It's gonna snow again. Everyone needs to calm down.
  7. My grass with all the rain, and warm temps is green, and dare I say growing??
  8. Dec 19, 2009 we got 26 inches of snow here on eastern LI. Ahh, the good ole days
  9. Its truly amazing how consistent these storms keep coming up the coast one after another. It would be unfortunate to not get one of them to produce a snowstorm. Hopefully when the cold does arrive, it doesn't suppress the storms too far south.
  10. Gfs showing something for the end of the month, a bit odd looking though. Will it be cold enough though? I think it could be a i95west snow event. Plenty of time for changes though.
  11. I have seen torch used numerous times here. Its being used as an exaggeration, like everything these days online. Its quite annoying.
  12. But if it was cold enough, it could have been 130 inches. Lol
  13. As of yesterday, you would have thought winter was over. Today, we get a cold run from the cmc, and slightly colder run from gfs, and winter is back. Its hilarious. Give me 3 days of solid runs showing cold, and I will buy it. I seriously don't think we see real cold/snow until Jan. I'm ok with that, as Jan and Feb, hell even March is when we get snow on LI.
  14. Are we seriously taking the cmc seriously??? More like wishful thinking.
  15. I see people giving up on winter already. The seasons have been a month to 6 weeks late the last few years. Winter will arrive sometime in January, and probably last into early "spring"
  16. Toast?? LOL. a bit of an exaggeration, but I do think the snow comes in January.
