  1. 34.3° and flipped to all snow pretty quick.
  2. Precipitation has just commenced - sleet with occasional shredded snowflake mixed in. Not sure if that bodes well for a decent storm here or not.
  3. GYX snowfall map update. More snow in general, but sharper gradient means more pronounced cut-off for the marginal areas.
  4. Keene is doubtlessly located in a tremendous screw zone, but if it got as little precipitation as the hi-res models insisted it did, there'd be sagebrush, sand dunes, and Saguaro, ha!
  5. Took a selfie tonight. Hard to get good weather these days. For those wondering, my head is naturally blurry.
  6. 00z HREF mean. Seems like the NWS likes these for snow maps.
  7. Wow, that's impressive. The pos. depth change maps are usually (caveat, not always!) fairly conservative too. Still - way more applicable in this situation/evolution than the 10 to 1.
  8. 18z GFS looks to obliterate Vermont.
  9. Latest (19z) NWS blend. Big fan of these - they tend to be pretty accurate, at least in my experience here locally.
  10. Yup, the 12z Euro definitely came back to reality a bit from the 06z. Still more favorable for marginal regions than the GFS though.
  11. Great news for the clown map aficionado.
  12. 12z CMC has a much deeper low than 00z did as it swings through central Mass. Big improvement for the spine of Vermont, small improvement for the south of White Mountains crew.
  13. Ah yes, and now the 12z ICON has come back considerably snowier for MBY. I'm thinking I shall be a lost cause this weekend.
  14. Both the 12z NAMs aren't helping me to not get sucked back in for this weekend...
  15. 25.5° for the low this morning. Shaping up to be a gorgeous day. And now the 06z Euro has sucked me back in fully for the system this weekend, (at least in MBY).
  16. Tractor with a loader! Can still pile snow as high as you like!
  17. Speaking of poor snow cover, even the north slopes of 2000 ft hills have lost most of their cover around here. As an example...
  18. Thanks, but I'd say that's a generous assessment, haha! The real skill was holding the damn phone steady and kicking at the same time.
  19. Yes indeed! It's an unfortunate situation for my team when I'm forced to shoot with my right.
  20. 44.6° and 1.65" since last night. River is going pretty good but comfortably under flood stage. Couldn't stand in my usual spot to take photos though. See also - it's nearly time for spring soccer.
  21. I'm not far off that. 6.9" for November and 8.8" for December, February, and March.
  22. 1.57" so far with maybe a bit more upstream on radar. We soggy!
  23. River swelling from melt happening here as well. Took this around 2pm. Haven't had nearly as much rainfall though - only 0.15" so far. I reckon if I end up with over 2" from this system there will be some minor flooding on local roads.
  24. Looking at Wunderground that seems to be the case. I think I was also one of the coldest spots in New England this morning at 30.2°.
  25. I need to see if NAVGEM is taken or not.
