  1. Numbers and stats can be tossed. At this point, it would just be a positive mood setter. They always are, I just love the calm setting snow creates...but we need it more then ever.
  2. Maybe a higher power is indicating we have to suffer first before we are rewarded with a better tomorrow?
  3. Unilateral support too. Looks like the world is being flipped upside down.
  4. I’ve been so consumed with covid19 that I forgot how March12 was coming along.
  5. The bird is out of the cage by then...let him fly free.
  6. N95 masks, yes, which only professionals know how to use.
  7. Folks in relatively good health shouldn’t worry anyway. There are hedge funds banking off of this right now.
  8. Yup. Wearing it actually deters me from being anywhere near you. Either you are sick or dumb...both valid reasons to stay away.
  9. Yea, that’s the right approach. Unfortunately, nowadays, everyone can find an opinion online (even from a professional) to fit our own which makes us believe it is a fact. There is no right or wrong sometimes. So I’m not saying Steve is wrong, I just don’t agree with the approach.
  10. Yup. I felt the effects very early dealing with Chinese supply chain. The trickle down was easy to project even if it didn’t spread globally and once it did...bet on some form of a recession.
  11. They actually do it more so to prevent their micro organisms from jumping: https://www.cochrane.org/CD002929/WOUNDS_disposable-surgical-face-masks-preventing-surgical-wound-infection-clean-surgery Wearing a face mask for our purposes during an outbreak doesn’t do much: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.businessinsider.com/face-masks-wont-help-avoid-illness-so-why-wear-them-mental-health%3famp
  12. Masks should not be worn by healthy folks. It does not stop you from getting sick.
  13. Yea a couple day warmth, no denying it. But nothing sustained. Canada cold is close by.
  14. Shocking that the uber warmth is beginning to relax as we turn to spring. Should DIT and company cancel their March 2012 plans?
  15. Beauty spring morning, 29F windy and ground frozen over. So glad it arrived weeks ago.
  16. And it begins: https://www.nbcconnecticut.com/news/local/first-case-of-coronavirus-reported-in-danbury/2234292/
  17. US mortality rate is 5.4% as of this afternoon. 14 deaths among 260 cases. However, the rate should drop as more people get tested...meaning, there are people currently infected with minor to mild symptoms that don’t know it yet. Bottom line, we have been too slow to respond.
  18. Yea. I’d like to get fitted and take that next step in my game but I always come back to the same reason..I’m just too comfortable with them. Unless the data is overwhelming that I can hit it further and straighter with something else without an improvement to my skills, I’ll stay the course.
  19. I would honestly save the money and go with the cheaper set. Adam’s Golf makes good beginner sets though, I would take a peak to see if they have something comparable.
