Let's try again at 174 hours on the euro. 6+ before the coast warms up and alot more for inland. It's a very active pattern. Something has to give.

Not a bad look. Gefs looks alot better than the eps for the long range.

Gefs continues to have a nice pattern moving forward. Eps has been too warm in the long range this season.

There are 2 snow threats after today. One after the cutter this weekend and one near Christmas . Long range doesn't look warm at all.

If we dont get snow from those storms , it hasn't been warm except for a few days.

What an active December this is turning out to be. The warm calls right now are going to fail.

Alot of areas will pick up a few inches. This is a dynamic system also. Battle of the warm and cold air.

2-4 if the models continue to get colder. It's going to come down hard once the front crashes. Its going to be interesting to watch unfold. I remember the models getting juicier the last time we had the same situation a few years ago.
