  1. Low of 26. Backyard still has a solid snowpack. I'm glad this miserable week of football is finally over. Watching football without a rooting interest is so much less stressful ha.
  2. Negative. But my grandpa and my pops are both lifelong Packers fan. One of those things that is just passed down. You know, Packers stuff hanging by the crib and Packers onesies and all that. I had no choice in the matter, just as my son won’t haha.
  3. Wait you mean I’m not alone!? Who are these other Packers fans you speak of? Me thinks we are in for some pain today. Not coming into the playoffs with a lot of good mojo.
  4. Low of 26. One of our nicer days in a while over here. Good day for some football.
  5. My 1.3” snowfall melted down to .09 liquid, might have even been .08. Very nice fluff.
  6. Just abhorrent goal line play calling there by Sark.
  7. Low of 23 and we’ve got ourselves a win here, as we went over one inch. 1.3” for the total. Another beautiful winter morning.
  8. Yes, Drew was very fortunate his stat line wasn't much worse. He was just off all night.
  9. Well said Training, well said. I just wanted to chime in to say I was at that Virginia game in Charlottesville where Ficken melted down. That was another game where Penn State dominated the line of scrimmage but found a way to lose, in this case due to a kicker meltdown. That's what's so frustrating about last night, there wasn't a kicker meltdown to point to. I suppose you could say a QB meltdown but that may be too harsh. I will say this for Drew, he is dealing with an absolutely abhorrent WR unit that just has no one who scares defenses in any meaningful way. Yet still, he needs to be better than he was last night. How many overthrows did we witness?? Ugh, I could go on and on but no point. Now all I need is for the Eagles to dismantle my Packers on Sunday to complete my week from hell haha. Hey, life moves on.
  10. Low of 19. I'm hungover and sad this morning, but mostly I'm pissed off. Penn State had no business losing that game last night. Opportunities like that don't come around often. At least I have an inch of snow to look forward to. Yay.
  11. I just dont understand how PSU lost that game. Broken.
  12. Welp i dont know what to say. It sucks losing a game in which you felt like you were the better team on the line of scrimmage. Much better. Quarterback has to play better. Period.
  13. My wife seems concerned about my level of pacing back and forth haha.
  14. I think pretty good consensus has emerged to where those of us in the LSV can expect to wake up to anywhere from roughly .5 to 2.5 inches of snow Saturday morning, with the best chances for upper-end totals residing in the western parts of forum. I'm setting the over/under for KMJS at a flat one inch.
  15. Just picked up my daughter from preschool and I have some breaking news. It is cold out; like really F'ing cold. I don't care how bright the sun is. I don't know what the temp is and don't want to know. I just know this: winter is in full swing.
  16. Low of 17 here. Man, I'm loving this winter so far. We had deep cold around Thanksgiving, a below normal December, a below normal January in the works with plenty of cold ahead, and numerous instances of flakes flying (particularly for our friends in the northern and western parts of the state). Also looks like I should see some snow on snow again tomorrow night, as my meager pack is hanging on incredibly well. I'm not going to let any near misses get me down after the way some previous winters have gone. Bottom line, it looks and feels like winter thus far. Most importantly, Go State!
  17. He’s stealing your thunder! Now you’ve just got to steal some of his forecasting thunder ha.
  18. He really does. Hey, I saw some flurries here in Harrisburg over lunch. Small victories.
  19. It's not just the negativity; it's that I oftentimes need my decoder ring to decipher what he's saying haha.
  20. 24 when I left the house. Winds are just brutal. Ruh-roh nobody posted 0z’s. Hope it doesn’t mean what I think it does.
  21. They are unknowingly related. Interpret that how you'd like
  22. Not many noticeable changes on the 12z GFS, with the LSV still on the western periphery. Storm development and track pretty similar to prior runs.
