    Quite likely! And to be fair he didn't mention the 12z NAM specifically, just said he suspected the precip shield might extend further west in this setup than the global models are suggesting verbatim. NAM is probably just over-amped like usual

    2.8" in NW Philly. Snow is super wet and came up in sheets when I shoveled it. Brings us to 10.0" on the dot for the season

    Apple weather app says 7” for Philly tomorrow evening/night. I know those amounts are rarely right but that seems especially absurd. Friends are asking me about the “big snowstorm” tomorrow and I’m trying to tell them there’s no such thing. But hey wouldn’t hate it if the weather app is onto something..

    9 days of snow cover from 3 inches of snow, not too shabby. feels warm out there despite the wind starting to whip

    Going with just over 3” here as well. Was hoping for 4 but it sleeted for like 3 hours straight

    Up to 2.8” so around 0.6” in the last hour. Down to light snow now but it was really ripping for 20 or 30 min

    Started as drizzle in NW Philly around 10:45, snowed lightly and occasionally moderately from 11-12, now back to mostly rain with a few flakes mixed in, 35 degrees

    0.6” probably final total. 5th sub-1 inch storm of the season, winter total of 4.1” hoping to double that on Sunday

    Pleasantly surprised by my 0.2” here. Flakes are still tiny and the sun has been out most of the time it’s been snowing lol

    0.3” here. Would gladly wake up to a new coating of snow every morning. Roads and paths look mostly wet, probably from the residual salt. Honestly wouldn’t mind a little rain to wash all the salt away, everyone uses way too much of it and it hurts the dog’s paws (he has boots but refuses to wear them) and tracks into the house
