    For the city I really don't think much has changed. The storm will start as heavy snow and then transition to rain at some point. Based on temps it will be very hard for snow to accumulate even if its super heavy.

    Obviously the Nam is out to lunch but the general trend of the powerful second wave is a great one. Hopefully this continues.

    GFS strengthens way west compared to 6z and that allows some banding to reach the city. Interesting

    I agree, mood flakes at the very best. Not enough energy left for those areas to see a heavy snow that might accumulate.

    I think the low is too far west for the coast. Unless it's a super strong Low at marginal temps that placements not snow
