    See what the GFS was throwing out in the long range, would be interesting, a little early for the time period you mention, but very cool on that run. However, GFS long range, so grain of salt and all.

    Yeah, when looking at Pittsburgh that has about 150 years of data, this year isn't too impressive overall.

    Probably lows, because there weren't many 90 degree days (below average on those).

    low 80s require an air conditioner? At least it's lower humidity, that helps immensely.

    Just as long as it isn't scorching, I'm good. These cool nights and warm days are nice.

    Chilly this morning. About 52. Needed a jacket, was pretty nice though and had that Fall feeling.

    Regardless of how gross today turns out, the next week looks to be perfect September weather.

    I assume this is the beginning of Ida? I didn’t think we’d be getting this so early. Maybe out earlier tomorrow?

    The insanity of the fact that in a few months we would be rooting for a northern trend. Here we just want to suppress.

    Perfect placement for a winter storm though. Too bad it's not January.

    This was a more miserable summer humidity wise than last year, in my opinion. This stretch in particular has been rough. Last year, especially early on seemed rather dry, where you could stand the days in the 90s better than many of the days in the 80s and 90s this year.

    If it directly correlated to getting winter storms like this, I'd say we could bite the bullet. I'm not sure if it correlates, but hopefully not if this drops south, lol.

    I am sickened to think we could get as much rain as is being modeled. I saw some that were pushing 7"! Hope this stays south.

    90 looks very possible today. Already in the mid 80s.

    I've seen those 70s and 50s pop up. Just be nice to have low dew points. Hovering around 70 dps for a week has been draining and sticky.
